Shipping Policy

We do our very best to ship plants pest free and of the highest quality. Shipping is extremely stressful on them and you should expect to receive your new babies with wrinkles and a few fallen leaves but Succulents especially are resilient and they will bounce back once given the adequate care. We will honour claims of plants DOA but ALL CLAIMS MUST be made within the first 24hrs of receiving plants and accompanied by videos and photos evidence.

Return & Exchange Policy

We Grow our plants in a controlled environment in our green house. Plants are sprayed monthly to ensure they are pest free and Fertilized every for 3 months for optimum growth. We do our best to ensure that you leave here with a healthy and happy plant.

Please ensure you inspect plants well before leaving. Plants are perishable and it would be unfair to cast blame after the plants has left our care.

For instances where the delivery courier was used and plants were damaged please contact Avi 868-688-8079 immediately upon receiving the package.
